I just visited the Real website and saw the very sad news of George's passing. My son played soccer for George and we would like to mention how terribly sorry we are for your loss. He was a great person and a truly dedicated coach. His compassion as a person and knowledge of the game can not be replaced...he will be missed.

I used to love to joke with G over morning coffee making.He had the best sense of humor and his smile was contagious! The workplace/Hms wasn't the same after he left, he will be so missed! Peace to you, George, and may your family be comforted by memories of happy times you shared.

This is really shocking news :(((... I am still trying to figure out how Gorge 'the man from Alabama' :)) looked so healthy and was so energetic a short while ago, and in such short instance has left us so abruptly. I am deeply saddened by the loss of a great human being, whom I think have left us too soon.
In the short time I have known George, I have learned a few things talking with him that I will take with me in memory of him, as well use as a blueprint while coaching youngsters. We talked about the game of soccer, his birth country and life as a youth growing up in Venezuela and of course, George the man himself. Nothing was given to him he had to earn what anything wanted and that instilled that same work ethic in his players. He was very honest and straightforward, very funny, always upbeat, very respectful of others, know's the game very well and he held his players to a very high standard.
What else can you look for in a coach that George did not posses? Not much at all... May his family, friends, loved ones and the folks he has touched find peace and sanctity through this very difficult moment. I only wish I had known him longer. R.I.P. George 'The man from Alabama' L. Aguiar. I am sincerely encouraging everyone including his family, 'to not mourn his passing, instead, celebrate his life and so that we may help make it his life and work his lasting legacy.'!!!

George was a tremendous mentor and friend. I loved my time coaching with him and I'm saddened with the news of his passing. My deepest condolences to George's family. Rest in peace my friend.

George was our next door neighbor for many years and he will be greatly missed! We loved chatting with him about current events, politics, our passions, hobbies and families. He was a thoughtful, personable and kind man who always offered us help, good advice and kind words. Our thoughts are with Lucy, Curtis and Kristin.

I am so sorry to hear about your dad's passing. I used to see him all the time, walking your family's dog down the street in Medfield. He always waved hello. Even though we never talked, it was clear to me he was a kind-hearted, energetic, and thoughtful person. My prayers are with you and your family in this time of grieving. George and I worked together at Permedion. We had lots of laughs, speaking in Spanish. He would tell me stories of Venezuela and I would tell him stories of Cuba. George and I worked together at Health connector. He was a great guy to work with and the best part was his jovial nature. In our free time , we use to talk about house maintenance projects and how a house should be built. George, I will miss seeing you daily in office. RIP
