Recently of Fox Hill Village in Westwood, MA, previously of Beacon Hill in Boston, and before that Cold Spring Harbor, LI, NY. Born in Hingham MA, built warships at Hingham Shipyard, 1941. Graduated from Miss Porter's in Farmington CT in 1942. Performed hospice work at MGH. Survived by her husband, Howard M. Turner, Jr., daughter Hope Turner Crooks of Monument, CO, and son Howard Ross Turner of Seattle, WA. Memorial Service September 14, 2013 at King's Chapel.

Hi Howard and Howie,
I loved Joe Turner, and wish I had done a better job of keeping in touch. I am sorry for your loss. She had a wicked sense of humor, and a patience with young boys.
