I know it's been a long time, but I had not been aware of Sid's passing. I was from Brookline, and we went to High School together and were quite good friends for several years. Sid was a great friend, always there when you needed him and a great listener. I'm sure you all still miss him, so I thought I would let you know that he is still missed by others. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sidney is now a grandfather to a handsome grandson named Caleb.
It is a sad thing that he will never know the joy and love of his grandfather, Caleb will however know of Sidney from his family.

It is with great shock and sadness upon learning the news of Sidney's passing. I extend my deepest condolences and sympathy to the Fine Family.

Larry, Pauline, Uncle Joel and Aunt Joanne and I, since the start of college, all grew up together, and visited with each other as our children were born.

In one of those strange twists of life, I found myself attending a training session of mortgage brokers in Dallas, Texas. One of the younger, more handsome and popular young men, in attendance turned out to be Sidney, and he insisted on our calling Dad and Uncle Joel on the spot, to share the reunion of meeting an old friend of his family.

Faith, also joins me in extending our deepest sympathies.
