TIMOTHY M. KELLEY

Kelley, Timothy M.
Age 60, of Cambridge, Mass, passed away on March 5th. He was a loving and caring family member and friend. Although his first priority seemed to be helping people, Tim lead an extraordinary life, filled with adventure and world travel. He loved flying, and had flown professionally for over two decades. As an accomplished, airline pilot, with Northwest Airlines, he flew the giant, Boeing 747, "Jumbo Jet", over several continents. After a medical issue ended his aviation career, his love of learning, coupled with his innate desire to help others, led him to the study of acupuncture. He developed a successful practice in acupuncture for over 13 years. He was the primary coordinator for a special conference of experts, held annually in Spain, for the study of treatment methods for those suffering from addictions. He was a member of the Trustees of Reservation, a conservation group, and a contributor to WGBH-TV. He was a 1970's graduate of Nathaniel Hawthorne College in NH (BS in Aviation Science), and a 2000 graduate of the NE School of Acupuncture. Although Tim left us much too soon, those who knew and loved him, are grateful to have had him in our lives. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Daniel W. Kelley, and his younger brother, James J. Kelley. Beloved son of Virginia M. Kelley of Sagamore Beach, MA; beloved brother and brother-in-law of Daniel W. Kelley, Jr. and Marianne V. Kelley of Stratham, NH; beloved brother of Elizabeth A. Kelley of Warwick, RI, and Katherine G. Kelley of Boston, MA; beloved uncle of Steven Cullen of Seattle, WA, and Brian C.
