Ann became dearer to me in these last few years. Very dear. She was always generous, straightforward and insightful. One of my fondest memories is of her at Thanksgiving, teaching me how to fold napkins for the holiday table.

Ann was my roommate at Swarthmore freshman year (1944) and we have been friends ever since. We visited through the years. She was an important force in keeping our classmates together via a round robin letter and kept in touch with all of us by phone. She will be greatly missed by all. I send heartfelt condolences to her family.

Ann was a frequent member of our Current Events group at the Burlington Senior Center over the past five years. I had no idea she served in the military or was so involved over the years with her community. She was a very humble person and a delight to be around. I am saddened by her death as are all our members. She will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear about Ann's passing. She was a regular at my YMCA Pilates mat class. We were all very impressed by her stamina, flexibility and endurance in class...she was determined to keep moving. She will be sorely missed.

PT, I was so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She was a patient of mine in our dental office. I always enjoyed seeing her and hearing all about your family and she always asked about my kids and grandkids. She loved going to the Red Sox with you and so enjoyed your weekly dinner visits with your friend. She loved her cat and missed your brother. She was a great lady and I will miss her. Fondly, Chrissy
