CARMELLA "CAMILLE" (ROMANO) TORCIVIA Obituary
TORCIVIA, Carmella "Camille" (Romano) 96, of Needham, March 31, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Andrew Torcivia. Loving and devoted mother of Lucille Ward and her husband Paul of Needham. Cherished grandmother of Andrea Fay and her husband David of Wellesley, Paul Ward and his wife Lauren of Holliston and Elise Joyce of Needham. Dear great grandmother of Camille, Louis, Charlotte, Nolan, William and Gavin. Predeceased by her 8 siblings. Funeral from the Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Ave., NEEDHAM, on Monday, April 4th at 8:45 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph Church 10 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation will be held in the funeral home from 8:45 to 9:45 AM prior to Mass. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury. In lieu of flowers donations in Camille's name may be made to the Italian Home for Children, 1125 Centre St, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 or to the Cleft and Craniofacial Center at Boston Children's Hospital, Fegan Building, 3rd Floor, 300 Longwood Ave., Boston, MA 02115. Born in Boston and raised in the North End, Camille was a longtime resident of Roslindale and was a chef for over 20 years at the Pleasant Cafe in Roslindale.
