Ms Capernaros was my 8'th grade teacher in 1967 at the Lewenberg, photo attached. She was a devoted teacher and may be the greatest reason that I am a lawyer today. I am only sorry that I never had the chance to thank her. I am sorry to hear of her passing and will pray for all of you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you for the loss of your wife and mother. I was fortunate to have Christina as a science teacher during her first year at the Lewenberg and was able to share her love of science.
Sincerely,

Mrs. Capernaros was my Teacher and National Honor Society Advisor at Dorchester High in the early 70's. I recently reintroduced myself to her this past September at the Greek Festival in Brockton. I am saddened to learn of her passing and wish you all the best during this difficult time.

Our deepest sympathy for the loss of mother and wife. Many years ago you welcomed us in your home. Phil and I were teaching at Dorchester High where I so admired his professionalism. We enjoyed the warmth and hospitality of your home. Rest knowing you touched lives more than you realize. Rest in peace. Mike and Edie Kelly

To Phillip and the Family: Although we have been living miles away, Chris has been close to our hearts. It was as if yesterday that we shared our friendship together. We knew of her illness, and share her loss with the family. She was a model teacher, mother and friend. She will be remembered in our minds and hearts. Stregnth to the family.

I was fortunate enough to work with Christine at the Lewenberg School in Mattapan during the crisis of desegrEgation in Boston. Depsite the turmoil and outbursts that occured she held her head high and taught every students to the best of their abilities. Every day started and ended with a big smile from Christine. We were all fortunate to know her and, as an administrator, Her strength helped me through many difficult moments. My sincere condolences to PHil and the family.
