I had the pleasure of working with Dan for many years. He was a true gentleman and became a friend. His love for his family was so evident - He would literally light up in talking about any of them and how proud he was of all of you. I am very sorry I did not know of this sooner and could have expressed my sympathies in person. May God bless Dan and all of you in the days and weeks to come. My sincerest condolences. With deepest sympathy. We have fond memories of last year's trip to Nashville with Dan, Anna and the Music Club gang. Dan was a good, happy tour leader. He will be greatly missed.

In keeping with his faith I am happy that he is no longer in pain but in the company of family and friends in the kingdom of God. A true gentleman, father, grandfather, husband, friend, brother and kind spirit. I smile at the charm and wit I most remember him by.....I know you talked your way past St. Peter so say hello to all the brothers and sister, mom and dad, aunts and uncles, friends.......you fit in heaven like a pocket on a shirt......keep the stories going up there until we all meet again Danny Boy. Dan was one in a million. A gentleman with high moral standards, a devout Catholic and Eucharistic minister, a man admired and loved by all. On behalf of all the members and friends of the Cork club, he is going to be sorely missed as a valuable member. May God take good care of this outstanding man. Rest in Peace, friend.
