Clark, Florence J. "Rencie" (Shahbazian)
Of Braintree, 86 years of age, passed away unexpectedly on October 4, 2012. Rencie was born in Waltham and resided in Braintree for 61 years. Rencie was a graduate of the School of Practical Art, now the Art Institute of Boston. She had been a proof reader for Girl Friday in Braintree. She was a choir member of All Souls Church in Braintree, and had also sung with the Braintree Choral Society. Rencie had been a member of the Braintree Fair Housing Committee. In recent years, she was a member of the South Shore Walking Club at the South Shore Plaza. Rencie was a breast cancer survivor for ten years. She was the beloved wife of the late Warren F. Clark who died March 4, 2012. She is survived by three devoted children; William R. Clark of East Braintree, Thomas A. Clark married to Ellen A. Clark of Randolph, and Melissa J. Maglio married to Michael Maglio of Northborough. She is the loving grandmother of Diana married to Eric Dupont, Lindsay married to Jay Peckham, Trevor, Fletcher married to Jill, Erika, Kegan and Garrett. She is also survived by two great grandchildren; Ethan Clark and Lyla Peckham. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, October 9th, from 3-7 P.M. at the Mortimer N. Peck - Russell Peck Funeral Home, 516 Washington Street, BRAINTREE. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 10th at 10:30 A.M. The Reverend Steve Wilson, pastor of All Souls Church will officiate. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington.
