FRANCIS A. MANGIACOTTI Obituary
MANGIACOTTI, Francis A. On January 30, 2013 at the age of 91. Husband of the late Rita C. (LaBonte) Mangiacotti to whom he was married on September 29, 1945 and who died five years to the day prior. He leaves a daughter: Frances R. (Mangiacotti) Harris and her husband, Charles Harris, of Mission, Texas, formerly of Quincy; a son-in-law: Robert J. Munroe, husband of his late daughter, Nancy M. Munroe, of Wrentham; a daughter-in-law: Cynthia A. (Higgins) Mangiacotti, wife of his late son, Paul Michael Mangiacotti, of Southborough. He was "Papa" to Justin R. Munroe and his wife, Dana (Signe-Kindstedt) Munroe of Cranston, Rhode Island and Danielle J. Pollard and her husband, Paul R. Pollard III, of Wrentham. He was "Papa Papa" to Alexander and Lilyanna Pollard both of Wrentham. He was predeceased by all of his siblings: Joseph Mangiacotti, Felix Mangiacotti, Daniel Mangiacotti, Gerard Mangiacotti and Madaline Maraluda. Visitation has been respectfully omitted. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a Celebration of His Life on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the "Memorial Chapel" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue (exit 5 off I-95 N or S, go right at end of ramp, ¾ mile on left), Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro. Children's room available during services. Burial with military honors will follow in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Memorial donations in his name may be made directly to the Resident Activity Fund of the Maples, 90 Taunton Street, Wrentham, MA 02093. Veteran of World War II.
