BLODGET, Francis M. Jr. "Tod" 96, of Pleasant Street, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2014 at his home. Born September 5, 1917 in New York City grew up in Greenwich, CT. Graduated from St. George's School in Rhode Island and from Williams College; served as Captain in the US Marines during WWII. Worked at Stanley Works and later worked for Fafnir Bearing Company in Connecticut and Rochester, NY.Beloved husband of 65 years to Margaret (Meigs) Blodget, Wolfeboro, NH. Loving father of Anne Blodget Holberton and her husband Philip Holberton of Wolfeboro and their three children, Matthew Holberton, Lexi H. Wight, and Philip "Tod" Holberton, Jr. and 5 great grandchildren; his son, Francis "Mal" Blodget III and his partner Cheryl Dempsey of Wolfeboro and his son, Sam Blodget. He is also survived by his sister, Elizabeth B. Kent. No calling hours. A Celebration of his Life will be Friday, September 5, 2014, 3:00pm at All Saint's Episcopal Church, Wolfeboro, NH.
