GRANT ALLEN GRAY Obituary
GRAY, Grant Allen Retired Security Officer for Celtics Of Boiling Spring Lakes passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at his home.

Mr. Gray was born October 4, 1930 in Melrose, Massachusetts, son of the late Ralph A. and Ella Longmire Gray. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and retired from the Boston Celtics as a security officer. Mr. Gray also served with the special police in the Boston Garden. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Boiling Spring Lakes.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Mary Godwin Gray of Boiling Spring Lakes; four sons, Douglas Gray and wife Valerie of Richmond, Virginia, Robert Gray and wife Leslie, Ronald Gray, and Randall Gray, all of Southport; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 11:00am at First Baptist Church of Boiling Spring Lakes. Interment will follow in Cape Fear Memorial Park.
