On behalf of the nursing staff at the VA hospital ward AG- it was truly an honor and pleasure to take care of Mr. McLaughlin. Only a gentlemen, that he was would be able to show us the true meaning of love, family and respect. It was clear to see how much Mr. McLaughlin molded his family by their support, love, and endless laughter to brighten any situation. You showed us the true meaning of family, may he rest in the sweetest peace-

Jim was a such a great Volunteer here at the JP VA, we're all very sorry to hear of his passing. Such a kind man, he could talk to anyone on any level. Wheeling his fellow Veterans around... always very humble. We've been missing him, people ask about him all the time. Peace to you dear Jim.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Jimmy. I will always remember how good he was to me when I stayed in Boston for the Summer. He had rented a whole stack of movies that I loved and had icee cream & lots of snacks when I came over to stay. We all remember him when we were kids bringing over lots of candy & presents like American footballs - we loved seeing him coming He seemed to love kids and had a very gentle nature with them so I can imagine him being a great Dad & Grandad.
We are all thinking of you at this really sad time & send you all our love. May Jimmy Rest In Peace.
