Julia Mai Obituary

MAI, Julia Treat 54, longtime computer technical writer in the Boston area, died April 12, 2009 in Hampton, New Hampshire. Survivors include her son Matthew of Quincy MA, her mother Norma Treat of Westford MA, sisters Lydia Corrow of West Burke VT and Sarah Algie of Wilbraham MA, and brother Charles Treat of Ilion NY. Services will be held in Lyndonville, Vermont on Wed., April 15 at 7PM at the Guibord Funeral Home. Memorial contributions could be directed to either the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 60 Walnut St., Wellesley Hills MA 02481, or to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, New England Chapter, PO Box 541617, Waltham MA 02454. I speak not only for me but for the entire Bergamini family and the WA Class of 1970 when I offer the most sincerest of condolences to the Treat Family. This must indeed be a terribly painful loss. I will always remember Julia's smile and the fun we had in WA Band!

We, the members of the Westford Fireside Book Group send our sympathy to Norma Treat upon the death of her daughter, Julia. We heard many stories of Julie's time in the nursing center on many Wednesday nights always spoken with love by Norma.
