Laura was a beautiful, kind, gracious lady with a dry and wicked sense of humor underneath. My deepest condolences to David and the rest of her family. I know she'll be sorely missed.

It was so easy to immediately be attracted to Laura by her beauty, grace, wit, and incredible talents. However, even when her health deprived those of us who knew her in the SCA of her company, her continued humor and reaching out to old friends through the internet continued to bless us all through the long years.
I know that there is nothing that can reduce the pain for David and others who miss Laura, I will be grateful for memories (and look for old pictures to share).

A gracious lady of great courtesy and talent. She did her best not to let her physical limitations limit her own dreams. My condolences to David--a lot of old friends are sending their best thoughts your way as you try to cope.

Laura will always remain a gentle memory of younger days bright with bravery, optimism, and enthusiasm. I am sure she will rest in peace and that David's faith and strength will see him through. G-d's blessing on them both

Our sincerest condolences to Dave and the family. Eleanor and I share fond memories of Laura when accompanying Dave to Navy and Navy League events, particularly as our juxtaposed faiths made for a unique bond between us.

A fierce heart yet a gentle soul are hard to combine well. Laura managed it brilliantly. Old friend, dear friend, you will be missed. May those who have passed ahead of you be there to welcome you...including Mishugah and Taka Mishigah, who have been waiting for you a long time.
