MALCOLM H. CAMPBELL Obituary
Campbell, Malcolm H. Of Bradenton, FL, 76, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Monday, April 21. Husband of the late Carol (Mansfield), Mal is survived by JoAnn Strassner, the blue-eyed love of his life, and his three sons: Mark H. Campbell and his wife Kathy of Fitchburg, Michael H. Campbell and his wife Laurel of Franklin, and Richard H. Campbell and his wife Michelle of Easton, as well as Dawn Lewis and her husband Tim of Palmetto, Fl. He was the beloved grandfather of eleven grandchildren, the devoted brother of Al Campbell, MaryLou Towle, and Mary Costa, and was especially fond of his many nieces and nephews. Originally from Dorchester, Mal raised his family in Abington, before retiring to Florida. He served in the United States Navy and was active in the DAV, Elks, American Legion, and Moose clubs. He was a lifelong fan of the Bruins and the Red Sox. Graveside service with Military Honors was held at the Sarasota National Cemetery in Fl. Memorial mass to be held at Holy Cross Church Easton, MA on Wednesday May 14th at 10am.
