MARINA J. (GEIB) BOLSTER Obituary
BOLSTER, Marina J. (Geib) 53, formerly of Canton, MA and Carlisle, PA, passed away on Monday, 19 August 2013, after a courageous four year battle with breast cancer. Marina was surrounded by her beloved family and friends. Born in New Brunswick, NJ on 12 August, 1960 she was daughter of Marlene (Jacobi) Geib and the late Joachim Joe Geib. Marina worked as a Product Manager for SCHMID, Inc., of Randolph, MA, and as an assistant teacher at the Calvary Lutheran Church Preschool in Mechanicsburg, PA. Marina served as Family Support Group Leader for her husbands Army Special Forces unit during numerous deployments. She was a member of the St. James Lutheran Church in Canton, where she assisted with many projects. In addition to her mother, Marlene, Marina is survived by her husband, COL (Ret.) Kent R. Bolster, originally from Duxbury, MA; children, Jessica, Karina and Zachary; her siblings, Michael J. Geib (and wife Regina) of Germany; sister Michelle J. Geib, from Stoughton. A celebration of Marinas life will be held at 1200 p.m., Saturday, 14 September, at St. James Lutheran Church, 214 York St., Canton, MA, with Pastor Thomas Dornan, presiding. Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman St., CANTON, MA is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
