HOGAN, Maureen Bride In loving memory of Maureen, a courageous, beautiful, and loving woman, who inspired all those whose lives she touched. Maureen, 72, of East Dennis, passed away, Tuesday, December 4, 2012. Born in Whitestone, NY, she was the daughter of the late William and Bridie Kehoe. She graduated from St. John's University and taught for many years in Westchester County and at St. Vincent's Hospital in Harrison, NY. She moved to Cape Cod from Harrison, NY in 2005. Maureen was the devoted wife of Matthew F. Hogan; loving mother of The Honorable Maureen B. Hogan of Boston, Tara Hogan Scarborough of Cincinnati, Deirdre A. Hogan of New York, and Matthew W. Hogan of St. Louis; proud grandmother of Devin A. Scarborough, Ryan E. Scarborough, Matthew W. Hogan, and Finley A. Hogan; sister of Peter Kehoe, Rosaleen Segrave, Eileen Flanagan, the late Noel W. Kehoe, and the late Patricia Furey; mother-in-law of Lindsey Rogers Hogan, Kenneth A. Scarborough and Paul E. Ladd. Maureen will remain forever in our hearts. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2012, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm, in the Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave., South Yarmouth. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, at 11:30am, in St. Pius X Church, Station Ave., South Yarmouth, followed by a burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Route 134, South Dennis. Contributions in her memory, may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
