DUGAS, Norman A. 81, of New Port Richey, FL and Strafford, NH, died Friday, November 18, 2016 at Watson Fields Assisted Living Facility in Dover, NH, with his family by his side. He leaves his devoted wife of 24 years, Louise (Pye) Bryan Dugas, and was predeceased by his first wife, Margaret (Dwyer) Dugas. Born in Lynn on June 2, 1935, he was the son of the late Albert and Marie (Bonin) Dugas, and graduated from Merrimack College and had been an elementary school principal for many years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Dugas Terceiro and husband Scott of Merrimac; a step-son, Jason Bryan and wife Brenda of Lowell; a grandson, Jake Bryan; a sister, Marie Dugas, SSA., of Marlboro; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Albert Dugas and three sisters, Constance Houde, Jeanette Roderick and Louise Jodoin. The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of Watson Fields Assisted Living Facility for their kind and compassionate care. Calling hours at the Highland Chapel of Paul C. Rogers Family Funeral Home, 2 Hillside Ave., AMESBURY, will be Tuesday, Nov. 22nd, from 9 to 10:30 a.m., followed by a funeral mass at St. Joseph Church of Holy Family Parish, School St., Amesbury at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, North Andover. In lieu of flowers, donations, in his memory, may be made to the , 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472-2407.
