COHN, Rabbi Reuven Zvi Of Newton. Passed suddenly, October 1, 2017 at 69 years of age. Widely admired and beloved teacher at Maimonides, Ma'ayan, Me'ah, CJP, Hebrew College, and other institutions throughout the greater Boston Area for over forty years. Dear son of the late Rabbi Moses J. & Devorah Cohn. Devoted husband of Rochelle (Preiser) Cohn. Beloved father and father-in-law of Naftali & Zehava (Berger) Cohn and grandfather of Tirza, Raya, and Itiya. Cherished father of Beruria Cohn Novich & Jonathan Novich and grandfather of Daya, Mia, and Sarit . Loving brother of Yaakov and his wife Judy, Avivah Yasnyi and her husband Donald, and Eliezer and his wife Elaine. Services will be on Monday, October 2 at 10:30 AM in the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 1668 Beacon St., BROOKLINE, followed by burial at the Baker St. Memorial Park in West Roxbury. Shiva will be observed at his late residence.
