RICHARD E. GRAUSTEIN Obituary
GRAUSTEIN, Richard E. 64, of Rehoboth and formerly Lexington, MA, and Barrington, RI passed away Sunday October 2, 2016 at McCarthy Care Center, East Sandwich, MA. He was the beloved husband of 28 years to Grace (Spellman) Graustein. Born in Chelsea, MA a son of Ernest and Helen (King) Graustein. Richard was employed by Verizon, formerly Bell-Atlantic. He was a member of the Barrington Volunteer Fire Department, a constable for the Barrington Police, a member of the North Kingstown F.O.P, the VFW in Rehoboth and the Elks Club in Bristol. Besides his wife and parents he is survived by his daughter Tara Pereira and husband Robert, his five siblings; Robert "Bobby" Graustein, Stephen Graustein, Diane Hutton and husband Gordon, Karen Power, Gregory Graustein and wife Deidre and five grandchildren; Danielle, Kaylie, Travis, Olivia and Gavin. He was the father of the late Sandra Graustein. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, October 8th at 10 a.m. in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Coyle Drive at Route 152, Seekonk, MA. Calling Hours Friday 4-7 p.m. at "Woodlawn" Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Avenue, CRANSTON, RI . Burial will be private.
