Allison, sorry for your loss. Rich was absolutely one of the best people I ever worked for and admired. As a result, I've always tried to emulate his motivation, work ethic, leadership and generosity throughout my career. Today, I treat my employees with the same respect Rich always treated his employees. The community will surely miss him. Peter Gleason, Tracy, CA

To Allison, Samantha and Stuart,
Words cannot say how my mother and I feel about your loss. I saw him and his brother Ron build the house that they grew up in. He had a real passion for the gifts that he was blessed with. We know that he will be truly missed. If you need anything, just let us know.
