VIRGINIA L. "JINNY" BRAUER Obituary
BRAUER, Virginia L. "Jinny" 94, May 31, 2016. The last surviving and 11th child of the late Frederick and Sarah (Barnes) Brauer. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Larry, Curtis, Dick, Phil, Fred, and Bob and her sisters, baby Elinor, Miriam, Evelyn and Elinor (the second). She was preceded by her beloved Fran Doyle and her dear friend Dr. Earle Woodman. She is survived by her niece Mary Payne and her husband William, Ret. Col. Richard Brauer and his wife, Lynn. Also survived by many great neices and nephews, great grand nieces and nephew and cousins and friends. Funeral from the Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Ave, NEEDHAM, on Monday, June 6th at 9AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph Church at 10AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Sunday from 3-6PM. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery in West Roxbury. In lieu of flowers donations in Jinny's name may be made to All Children's Hospital, 501 6th Avenue, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, in memory of Virginia Brauer from Coins for a Cure. Jinny was the retired Manager of the clerical workers from the MBTA Law Department after 47 years of service.
