William Harold Grizzell

GRIZZELL, William Harold 89, died October 9, 2011 at The Kaplan House, Danvers, MA of a lengthy illness, surrounded by loving family members. Husband of Mrs. Virginia (Goss) Grizzell. He was born November 27, 1921 in McMinnville, Tennessee, son of the late Isaac Grizzell and Julia (Sanders) Grizzell. He is the brother of Edith Faye Bowling, Dorothy Wolmack, Jane Golden, John Pope Grizzell, Llyod Grizzell, Floyd Grizzell, Norman Grizzell, I.J. Grizzell. Bill was predeceased by his first wife Emily (Duncan) Grizzell of Swampscott who died in 2008. He is the father of Diane Moore of TN, Carolyn Patterson of TX, Pamela Knight of TX, Thomas Grizzell of TX, Jody Falkingham of Lynn, Douglas Serven of R.I., Tracy Williams of Swampscott, John Serven of Lynn, Heidi Dilisio of Swampscott, William Grizzell of Swampscott, and Julia McCuish of Swampscott. Grandfather of 26 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. His funeral will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM in the Solimine, Landergan and Rirchrdson Funeral Home, 67 Ocean Street (Rte 129) LYNN. Burial will follow in the Swampscott Cemetery, Swampscott, MA. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours are on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
