Was so sad to hear this a number of years ago, but only now have come across the obituary.
Kristyne was a wonderful friend to me and my wife, Jaye, throughout our in-residence training, a part of our LEAD Group 246, and a shining example of the love of God manifested by a strong but tender-hearted woman.
My love to David and family. Thank you for the fond memories and impact you had in our lives.

There are no words...My Mom just told me about this loss and I cannot begin to express how broken my heart is.
I have so many fond memories of you and Kristyne - growing up as a little girl. I only looked up to her, loved her, and wanted to be just like her. I think Robert Olivier put it best in his note to you. Your love for each other was something I always hoped to find myself - and as I recently have found it, I understand this loss even greater.

Dear Larry, Connie, David, David Lawrence and Michael Anthony,
God's richest blessings of love and comfort during this difficult time. I have been thinking about and praying for each one of you daily.
I want to share some thoughts with you that I am believing will help you through this time.
When I was 16 years old, my wonderful Daddy died suddenly and unexpectedly and our family was struck a blow that we had never experienced in our lives. The lessons of love and comfort my Mother taught me during the time following Daddy's falling asleep are timeless and I want to share one with you.
Sometimes people are reluctant to mention the loved one who has fallen asleep to family members because of not wanting to cause hurt and tears but I believe, from personal experience,that the opposite is true, the conversation brings healing. I worked in the same hospital as my Mother and we would ride to work together and have time to talk. One day I said, "Mom, Do you remember the time I baked Daddy..." then I stopped because I thought the story would hurt her. But she said, "Barbara, finish the story because you must remember the wonderful memories of your Daddy instead of the hurt and pain. The wonderful memories will help you heal and will sustain you in life." So I finished the story about baking a pumkin pie for Daddy but I left out about half of the ingredients! But the biggest blessing was how lovingly my Daddy handled my mistake. The memory was priceless and has helped me several time in my life.
So if one of you are doing something with each other and what you are doing sparks a wonderful memory of Kristyne, then tell the story. Let the wonderful and loving godly life of Kristyne heal your heart. Record the memories, not just in your heart, but on paper to share now and with future generations. Because my memories of my Daddy and my Mother have helped me, my sons and now, my grandchildren. These two people were the foundation for building the love of God in my life. The foundation that stands when the storms hit.
Please do not allow the grief and sorrow of the falling asleep of Krisyne, your daughter, your wife and your Mother,steal away her wonderful life of loving kindness, and gentle care, and tenderness, and living the love of God and doing the works of Jesus Christ. Her life was priceless and what she has given to you and to many others will live through eternity.
I love you and will continue to pray for you as the God of all comfort continues to strengthen and upgird in the wonderful name and power of our lord and savior, Jesus Christ.

Kristyne was a beautiful, poised young woman; a very special soul whose youth seemed eternal. She brought the Word of God to so many in a gentle, loving way that captured the true nature of a woman walking with Christ.
