MARJORIE L. (MCCATHIE) AMOROSO Obituary
AMOROSO, Marjorie L. (McCathie) Of Winchester, passed away quietly at Emerson Hospital surrounded by family on April 28, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Louis R. Amoroso, selfless mother of 7, Richard of Utah, the late Steven of Woburn, John & his wife Deborah of Reading, Robert & his wife Cheryl of Winchester, Dorothy Ehlenbach (Amoroso) and her husband Richard of Carlisle, Paul & his wife Nicole Bell of Washington & Terri Mahoney (Amoroso) of Boxboro. Survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and three generations of nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held at the Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St. (Rte.38) WINCHESTER on Friday, May 2nd from 6-8pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Services and interment will be private. Marjorie was a member of the DAR, Colonial Dames, The Needlepoint Guild and the Winchester Country Club where she enjoyed curling, golf, and bowling. She was an avid reader and loved Jazz music. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Nexus Inc., 888 Main St., Suite 3, Woburn, MA 01801, a non-profit organization dedicated to operating residential programs for mentally disabled adults.
