SPAGNOLA, Louis A. At 55 years, in Revere, formerly of Boston's North End, July 30, following a lengthy illness. Cherished son of Lena (DiMonde) Spagnola of Revere, & the late Frank Toscano. Beloved father of Jeanne Barron of Revere. Dear brother of Cheryl A. Spagnola & her companion Ruben H. Vasquez of Revere, Michael Toscano of Salisbury, MA & the late Debra M. Spagnola. Devoted uncle of Nicholas A. Spagnola of Revere. Also lovingly survived by his former wife, Eve Barron of East Boston, several aunts, uncles, cousins, colleagues & friends. Family & friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, August 7, in the Vertuccio & Smith Home for Funerals, 773 Broadway, (Rte. 107) REVERE, beginning at 9 a.m. & followed by a Funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, (corner of Beach St. & Winthrop Ave.) Revere, at 11 a.m. Interment is private. Parking available left of the funeral home. Head waiter for Marriott at Long Wharf & avid advocate & supporter of the "Friends of Bill W". Louis was most proud with his accomplished sobriety & was a mentor to the young & old throughout his work in AA. Please visit
