Obituary Condolences

FISK, Geraldine "Gerry" P. 88, of Shore Drive, died Wednesday, August 20, 2014. She was born in Boston, MA the daughter of Roy and Anna (Glennon) Trahan. She grew up in the Quincy and started her family while living there. Later the family moved to Eastlake, OH, and then Kernersville, NC before retiring to Bridgewater, NH. Over the years, Gerry worked at Stetson Shoes and Zayer's Department store as well as being a receptionist for Dr. John Walters, but her primary concerns were always her family and her Church. She was well known for her Toll House cookies, "famous" pumpkin bread and brownies. She also loved to crochet and was always working on afghans and baby blankets for family and friends. Family members include her son, Robert G. Fisk of Bridgewater; daughter, Ann Marie Harris of Hudson, OH; granddaughter Christina Fisk; and sister Jeannette McCarthy of Bath, OH. She was predeceased by her husband Robert A. Fisk; sister Marjorie Abbott, and granddaughter Kimberley Fisk. Services-Calling hours will be Sunday, August 24 from 6-8pm at the Emmons Funeral Home, 115 South Main St., Bristol, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated, Monday, August 25, 2014 at 11:00 at Our Lady of Grace Chapel of Holy Trinity Parish, 2 West Shore Rd, Bristol, NH. Fr. LeBlanc will officiate. Burial will follow in Homeland Cemetery, Bristol. In lieu of flowers, donations may be to the Ladies Auxillary of Holy Trinity Parish, 46 Langdon St., Plymouth, NH 03264 or the Activities Fund of Mt. Ridge Health Care Center, 7 Baldwin St., Franklin, NH 03235.
