MOBILIA, Marcia Jean

(Routenberg) Of Ashland, 54, peacefully moved on to the next place August 23rd. Strong, amazing, loving mother of Allison Mobilia of Arlington and Brian Mobilia of Framingham. Daughter of Louise Routenberg of Arlington and her late husband Lawrence. Survived by siblings Diane Tryon of Pelham NH., Gary Routenberg and wife Joanne of Arlington, Lisa Routenberg of North Reading, Laura Roy and husband Andrew of Bedford. Loving Aunt to Casey & Brady Tryon; Annalise, Tucker & Sophie Routenberg and Dylan & Meredith Roy. She also leaves many loving aunts, uncles & cousins. Marcia grew up in Arlington and graduated from AHS 1977. She contributed to the success of many companies working as an Independent Consultant for many years and also as Project Mgr at Fidelity Investments, Pinpoint Services and Conservation Services Group. Marcia moved from Arlington to Ashland where her two children were raised. A thoughtful and caring person, Marcia decided living life in the manner she wanted was important to who she wanted to be. In Ashland Marcia developed a wonderful circle of very dear and caring friends, in addition to the Yaya Sisters. A special thanks to all for their many years of a special bond, friendship, love and support. An active and adventurous person, Marcia loved to spend time kayaking on Martha's Vineyard and traveling the globe be it the USA, Europe, the Caribbean or South America. Her true passion was skiing having skied under clear blue skies on three continents. Like her predeceased Dad, she too loved to rip down the Old Tecumseh trail at Waterville Valley where she learned to ski at an early age. With that being said, Marcia was truly about her children, her family and friends. Always willing to help and lend a hand and always, always there to help with the party. Taken far too young, and fully at peace when her time came, with "nothing to complain about", she will remain in our hearts and she will be forever missed. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 29th at 11AM in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St., ASHLAND. Calling hours will be held on Thursday evening from 5-7PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Marcia's memory to the Ashland Emergency Fund, 162 West Union St Ashland, MA 01721. www.mataresefuneral.com
