HOWES, Victor E. Shuffled off his mortal coil at age 94, on January 1, 2018, peacefully at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. He was the husband of his late wife Kei, and is survived by his son, David, his daughter-in-law, Judy (David's wife), his long time friend and companion, Etsuko, and many cousins.
