CUSACK, Leonard "Tom" Jr. Of Falmouth, formerly of Norwood, died January 1, 2010. Beloved husband of Marjorie (Roper) Cusack; loving son of Dorothy (Conroy) Cusack of Falmouth; father of Sean Cusack and fiancé Angelina Maffie of Walpole, and Kelly Cusack of Norwood; step-father of Michael Lucenta and wife Aimee of Franklin, and Laura Lucenta of Wellesley; brother of Kevin Cusack and wife Mary of Canton, Richard Cusack of Bradenton, FL, Joyce Sempos and husband Robert of Falmouth, Janet Birkett and husband Jon of Medfield, Susan Morrison and husband John of Wareham, Timothy Cusack and wife Eileen of Mansfield, James Cusack and wife Lynne of Falmouth, Maura DeMello and husband Paul of Seabrook, NH, and Chris Cusack and wife Jackie of Falmouth. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be from 4-8 pm on Tuesday, January 5th in the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 475 Main St, FALMOUTH CENTER. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am on Wednesday, January 6th at St. Anthony's Church, 167 E. Falmouth Hwy (Route 28), East Falmouth, followed by burial at Massachusetts National Cemetery. Donations may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod Inc, 765 Attucks Lane, Hyannis, MA 02601.
