Obituary Condolences

DiGANGI, Robert D. 56, of Londonderry, NH, died Saturday May 7, 2011 in his home in Londonderry. He was born in Boston, MA on April 14, 1955, a son of the late Alfonso and Gloria (Guido) DiGangi. A resident of Londonderry for the past 12 years, he formerly lived in Medford, MA, Somerville, MA and Winthrop, MA. Robert had been employed as a professional ramp transport driver for Federal Express for 28 years, retiring in November 2010. He had been a member of the Winthrop Elks Lodge, the National Rifle Association, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Harley and going on vacation. Robert was a friend to many, and when you met him, you became a lifelong friend. He is survived by his wife, Jennie (Valliant) DiGangi of Londonderry; one son, Robert J. DiGangi of Londonderry; his mother in law; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 11th from 4 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., LONDONDERRY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00am in St. Jude Parish, 435 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Following cremation, burial will take place at a later date.
