Jonathan C. Evans Obituary
EVANS, Jonathan C. (Jon) Longtime resident of Boxford, MA and Brooksville, ME, died suddenly on the morning of July 12 that the age of 54. Jon was born in Peterborough, NH on December 29, 1956 to Joan Healey Evans and Spencer Evans. Jon grew up in Wilton, CT with three brothers, Ganson, Sam, and Ian. He attended Wilton High School, Nasson College, where he played hockey, and then graduated from Northeastern University in 1983. Jon married his beloved wife Sandy in September of 1984. They have two children, Cameron and Lee. He is survived by both of his parents, his three brothers and 13 nieces and nephews. Jonathan was employed by CNL Securities Corporation of Orlando, FL as a senior Vice-President/Regional Sales Manager. When not at work, Jon spent his time with his family and sailing, his favorite pastime. His most recent accomplishment on the water was winning the Robbie Pierce Regatta at the American Yacht Club. It was a highlight of his sailing career. He will be remembered as a great friend, father and husband. His proudest moments were at the birth of his two children and watching them grow into adulthood. They were his pride and joy. Jon will be remembered for his incredible sense of humor, his eternal optimism and his love for living life to its fullest. Brooksville, ME 04617 at 1pm on Tuesday July 19th, 2011. A reception will follow at the home of Jonathan and Sandy Evans at 24 Timothy's Lane, Brooksville ME 04617.
