Dear Ginny, I am so sorry for your loss. I am Wayne's oldest daughter Pam and I have so many fond memories of Jack. One of my favorites was him singing and playing when the Saints go Marching in through my parents house after my sisters wedding. He brought so much joy and laughter to all of us. I will miss him and I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

So sorry to hear about Jack...we had a great visit years ago when he came to visit and discuss the Cocoanut Grove fire..he told me some great stories about his dad with his part in the investigation of that fire....I printed a bunch of photos he wanted and he made copies for me of stuff he had..then he surprised me and sent me a very nice bottle of Scotch Whiskey which took me months to finish..what a class act Jack was...my pleasure to have known him...

Dear Ginny: Our sincere condolences to you and your family on the passing of Jack. I knew Jack initially through the Bedford Rotary and as neighbors hearing him play his accordion through the woods from your house to ours. Ritt and KathyNelson (Nancy Lane)

Dear Ginny, John, Kenny, and Julie,
It was over 60 years ago that Jack and I met when we became roommates as freshmen NROTC midshipmen at Tufts. I have many, many cherished memories - lifting a few mugs at Hy's in Powderhouse Square, midshipmen summer cruises, visits to Singing Beach, etc. It's impossible to list, or even remember, all the time we shared together, but we were a big part of each other's lives during our younger years. (He was best man at our wedding - an event that I recall required special permission from a bishop)! In later years we enjoyed writing each other long letters, filling them with news and anecdotes concerning our families and our retirement activities.
I will never forget this big-hearted jovial Irishman with the ever-present Irish accordion who wore his emotions on his sleeve and who treated me like a brother.

Dear Ginny,
I was sorry to hear about the passing of John and his beautiful approach to life he was always telling jokes to the staff at Bedford and we truly loved him. Norm and I and Cheri will miss his humor and his visits, coming by for no particular reason but to brighten our day. I will remember him always thanks for sharing such a ray of light, sorry for your loss.

Dear Ginny,
Was so sorry to hear of John's passing. I loved talking politics with him when he came to visit us at Elliot Hospital Lab/Bedford Commons. John and I were of like mind on those matters. Talking him reminded very much of conversations with my late father. My prayers are with you at this time.
Sincerely,
Norman Letourneau

Dear Ginny, Julie, Ken and John,
Jack was definitely one of a kind and I feel so blessed that he was a part of my life. I am very grateful that I was able to speak with him one last time on Sunday. I'll miss my big brother.
In the background I can hear the lovable Irishman playing his accordian.
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand
My love to all of you.
