Obituary Condolences

WALLACE, John Denzel Born on June 25, 1962 died tragically on Sunday, August 26th. He grew up in Medford, MA and lived his last 18 years in Deering, NH. Johnny was a pillar of strength and spirituality in his community and known as Master Wallace to many who knew and loved him. Karate was only upstaged by the love of his family; Johnny was a devoted family man and extended the love of family to the many children and their families who were students and friends throughout the years. John was most happy sharing his love of karate, riding his Harley, crafting beautiful woodwork, fishing for the elusive lunker and was thrilled to celebrate his first hat trick this year. He became an avid vegetable gardener and enjoyed his breakfasts of blueberries, cherry tomatoes and Sunday morning "happy caks". He leaves behind Charlene, his loving and devoted wife of 19 years; his daughter, Shelby; two sons, Gabriel and Shayne; daughter-in-law Kerry and new grandson Brycen. Johnny is survived by his adoring parents Denzel and Barbara Wallace of Medford, MA and loving sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Gary North, Donna and John Colborne, Jane and Alex Knutsen. Also survived by in-laws Ann Marie and Carmen Jordan, Bob and Kathy Gagne, Mike and Anna Sievert, Steve and Yvonne Sievert, Bob Gagne, and was one of the best uncles to Vanessa, Gregory, Stephanie, John David, Sara, Anna, Emily, Megan, Ellen, Sam and Ben; Michael Cashion, student, business partner, and best friend. He will be missed immensely. Calling hours will be held at Bennett Funeral Home, 3 Church Street (the Brick Building), Concord, NH from 1:00-5:00 pm on Saturday, September 1st. To honor John, a Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, September 2nd beginning at 1:00 pm at the Hillsboro Villari's Self-Defense Center, 37 Henniker Street, Hillsboro, NH. His family hopes that everyone will come and share their thoughts, feelings and memories so we can send Johnny our energy and our love. The Bennett Funeral Home of Concord is in charge of the arrangements. Messages of condolences may be offeredat
