McCabe, Charles P., III|
"Chuck", 59, died November 9, 2012, after a lengthy illness. He was born in Boston, MA, April 21, 1953, son of Charles P. McCabe, Jr. and M. Geraldine (Flaherty) McCabe. Chuck retired in 2009 after 27 years with the FAA as an air traffic controller in Norwood and Bangor, ME. A loving husband, father, and friend, Chuck's generosity and devotion to all of those in his life was boundless. Surviving are his wife of 34 years, Doreen; a daughter, Danielle; two sons, Patrick and Jim; a brother, Michael and his wife Ellen McCabe; a sister, Ellen and her husband Jim Fitzgerald; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He will be sorely missed by his loyal canine companion, Casey. The family invites relatives and friends to join them at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center St., Bangor, 2-4 PM Saturday, November 17, 2012.
