CEFALO, Sarah (Giacalone) Of Winchester on December 25, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Cefalo, Sr. Dear mother of Thomas Jr. and his wife Donna of Winchester, Kenneth and his wife Ewa of West Medford and Donald and his wife Andrea of Winchester. Dear grandmother of Nicholas and his wife Jaime, Krysten, and Krzysztof Cefalo. Sarah was born July 4, 1921 to Frank and Vincenza (Scaturro). She was the 4th of 11 siblings Elizabeth Ferrina of Winchester, Joanne Milano and husband Joseph of Ocala, FL, Vito Giacalone of W. Peabody, Dominic Giacalone and his wife Gina of West Hartford, Ct, Richard Giacalone and his wife Lorraine of Salem, NH and the late Lillian, Louis, Joseph and Frank Giacalone. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews and her dog Beanie. She was an employee at Woolworths of 40 years. Her favorite pastimes were reading, knitting, and baking her famous cookies and breads. She always had the best garden in the neighborhood for vegetables and flowers. A Funeral will be held from the Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St. (Rte. 38) WINCHESTER, on Friday, December 28th at 9am. Followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Mary's Church, Winchester at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8pm. Interment Wildwood Cemetery, Winchester. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Winchester Hospital Assoc., 611 Main St., Winchester, MA 01890 or Saint Mary's Church.
