Nau, Scott Pierce
Passed away on January 27th at San Francisco General Hospital with his wife and family at his bedside. Scott was born in Boston, Massachusetts on July 22nd 1978 to his parents Kathy and Richard Nau of Framingham, MA. Scott graduated from Framingham High School in 1997 and attended Berklee College of Music. He married his beloved wife Kerri D. Ciecko in 2008. Scott and Kerri moved to San Francisco with Bosco, their yellow labrador, where they enjoyed their life together over the past three years.
Loved by his whole family, he is survived by his wife Kerri, her parents Marilyn and Dennis Ciecko, of New Hartford, NY, her two sisters Kim and Kourtney, nephew Charlie and niece Sophia, his mother and father, his brother Michael and sister-in-law Erin, nephews Sebastian and Benjamin, the memory of his two dogs Heidi and Zoe, an extended family, and many friends in Massachusetts and California. Scott will be remembered best by his family as a devoted husband, protective friend, loving son and brother, dedicated work colleague, and a true gentleman. Above all, Scott was a figure who was proud and strong - bravely enduring all that life presented him with the warmest of hearts. His hugs will be greatly missed. A memorial for Scott will be held at the Tennessee Valley Trail Head on February 10th at 3:00 pm to celebrate his life and love for the wilderness. A celebration of Scott's life will also be held in Massachusetts in the spring.
