Obituary Condolences

ANTRIM, John P., Sr. (Antaramian) 96, of Waltham and formerly of Centerville and Naples, Florida, died Feb. 18, 2013. He was the son of the late Rose (Kalinoska) and Marsoob Antaramian. John was the loving husband of 50 years to the late Katherine Caddy Antrim. John was born in Boston and graduated from Boston English High School. He served with the U.S. Army, 101st Infantry 90th Division during World War II achieving the rank of Captain. He was a veteran of the D-Day invasion of Normandy and received 2 Purple Hearts. John (Dad, Grand Dad, GD) enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends and basking in the sun on the beaches of Florida. John is survived by his four children, Lois OBrion of South Yarmouth, Paula Sutherland of Worcester, Maribeth Antrim of Waltham, and John P. Antrim, Jr. of Centerville; and by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister, Virginia Rogato and brother, George Antaramian. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, February 28th from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the John Lawrence Funeral Home, 3778 Falmouth Rd., (Rte 28), MAR- STONS MILLS. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 1st at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Victory Church, 230 So. Main St., Centerville.
