Obituary Condolences

KNELL, David Elliott 68, of East Side Road, Wrentham died March 5, 2013 at the Norwood Hospital after being stricken ill at home. He was the beloved husband of Jean (Keirstead) Knell. Born in Waltham on Jan. 23, 1945 he was a son of the late Walter and Annie (Elliott) Knell. Formerly of Watertown, he was a graduate of the Watertown High School and Boston State College. Mr. Knell retired ten years ago as a guidance counselor having worked for many years at the Medway High School. Involved in local sports he had enjoyed coaching Wrentham Little League, and playing softball with the Wrentham Men's Softball League. In addition to his loving wife Jean he leaves two dear daughters, Teri J. Knell-Levesque of Mansfield, and Tara J. Fretz of Naples, FL., two brothers, Robert Knell and Warren Knell both of Moultonboro,NH, Shirley Cornick of Wrentham, and Betty Vlachos of East Bridgewater, and two grandchildren, Kevin and Kelli Fretz. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the RJ Ross Funeral Home, 135 South Street, Route 1A, Wrentham Centre, on Sunday from 3-6 PM. His Funeral will be Monday March 11, 2013 at 10 AM in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Wrentham Centre Cemetery. Donations in David's memory may be made to the .
