Obituary Condolences

HOGAN, Cynthia J. "Cindy" (Hatch) of Westwood, 56, passed away April 22nd at home with her family after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of 30 years to Gerard "Jerry" Hogan and devoted mother of Christopher and Jessica. Pre-deceased by father Travis, mother Jane (Converse), and brother Terry of Connecticut. Daughter-in-law of Alice Hogan and the late James Hogan. Loving niece of Nancy Myers and Mary Dempsey. Sister-in-law of James and Catherine of Medway, Denis and Cheryl of Franklin, Brian and Diane of Melrose, and Michael and Susan of Tewksbury. Also survived by many loving nieces and a nephew. Cindy graduated from Boston University School of Nursing in 1978 and has been a Registered Nurse at Boston Children's Hospital Cardiac Intensive Care Unit for over 30 years. Cindy will be forever remembered for her bright smile, compassionate nature, determination and love for her family and friends. She enjoyed gardening, golf, cooking and celebrating holidays with family. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock St (off Route 109), WESTWOOD on Thursday April 25th from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 26th at 10 AM at St. Margaret Mary Church, Westwood. Interment private.
