LOUIS EDWARD PANICO Obituary
PANICO, Louis Edward Of Dedham. May 13, 2013, at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Florence E. (Schnetzer) Panico. Loving father of Richard P. Panico and his wife Terri of Dedham, Lois J. Fedorezyk and her husband Joseph of Franklin, Joseph L. Panico of Uxbridge, and Jayne E. Coscia of Foxboro. Grandfather of Michael, Matthew, and Jeffery Panico and Amanda, Rachel, and Julia Coscia. Great-grandfather of Nolan and Reese Panico. WWII US Air Force Veteran with the 8th Air Force and with the 44th Bomber Group completed 33 missions over Germany. Avid runner who completed the Boston Marathon 7 times. Retired from the Boston Globe at the age of 84 after 60 years of service. Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., DEDHAM, Friday, May 17, at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Anne Church, Readville, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited.
