Eventhough I didn't know Wendy, I know she was a great lady. I went to her Shiva to say a prayer for her. Many people knew her husband Jordan. Many people have lost loved ones to Cancer. My parents , only sibling 5 years ago, but my wife has survided Cancer, and is doing well,Thank God . May she rest in peace. God bless.

Today I just learned of Wendy's passing. You and I have been friends for years. When a friend faces a loss, most especially of his wife, then his friends (me) feel that loss.
I am certain Wendy was as kind and generous as you have been to me.

I will always remember my first day working at Hudson High School. Wendy welcomed me with open arms and could not have been any sweeter. As I got to know her I learned how much she truly cared about her students and everyone for that matter. She was someone who asked you about you and listened with great care. She would give advice too but in her gentle but honest way. I am so glad to have met her. What a beautiful women inside and out!!

My heart is breaking over Wendy's loss.. she and I came in and out of each other's lives over the years. Her first cousin's daughter Madison was in school with my daughter and we shared many conversations about the irony of that. She and I had lots of laughs and that I will miss.. Wendy was one of my daughters teachers last year for 8th grade at HHS, I don't think my Daughter would have made it through the year without Wendy in her corner. My Daughter thought Wendy was not just a great Teacher but a great person. I had a few talks with Wendy and I could see why my Daughter felt that way all Wendy cared about was her students, I am forever greatful how she took my Daughter under her wing. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Wendy. Although I did not know her well, I remember seeing her at Temple Beth El Synagogue in Quincy during the High Holidays. My parents and I (the late Al Berman and Ethel Berman - my mother is age 94 knew her father and uncles very well. I am so sorry to hear about her passing. I hope your memories of her are comforting.

Wendy & I had many laughs while in school during junior high & high school in Quincy. Then our lives took different paths, in different places. After our 25th high school reunion she sent me a letter in which she was so happy & full of life and love for her dear Jordan and her children. It was wonderful to know she had found such happiness.

My deepest sympathies go out to the entire Rich Family. Wendy was a total sweetheart and will be missed by so many. Wendy and I first met when she was my Junior Counselor at a day camp in the late 60s/early 70s and then we met up again when she became engaged to Jordan. Took us a little bit to figure out why we looked familiar to each other but once we did, we never lost touch again after that.

To Jordan, Lindsay, Andrew and Harold, I can't believe that Wendy has passed. She always had and always will have such a strong presence to me. I grew up with Wendy in Quincy and recall many fun times together- especially when we did Teen Trips together during the summers. When I think of Wendy, her keen sense of humor comes to mind as well as her love for her family, friends, community, her passion for teaching and shopping her love for telling stories and her love of life.
