Sister Mary Raymonda Casey, CSJ|
A beloved member of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Boston for 69 years, died Saturday, September 7, 2013. Daughter of the late John Joseph and Julia V. (Lydon) Casey, and sister of the late James T., (Julia) Louise, and John Joseph Casey. Survived by her loving sister, (Claire) Norma Curnane, many cherished nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Formerly missioned as a teacher at St. William School, Dorchester; Matignon High School, No. Cambridge; Fontbonne Academy, Milton; and St. Thomas High School, Jamaica Plain; as well as Professor at Aquinas Jr. College, Milton. Sister Raymonda also ministered in the Finance Department of Bethany Health Care Center and Bethany Hill School. Visiting hours at Holy Spirit Chapel, Bethany Health Care Center, 97 Bethany Road, Framingham, Tuesday, September 10, 2013, 9:15-10:15 a.m. Prayer Service at 10:15 a.m. followed by the Funeral Mass and Prayers of Final Commendation at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Stephen Cemetery, Framingham, MA.
