Of Hampton, NH died Sunday, September 8, 2013. Born December, 20, 1921 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Stanley and Agnes (Deacon) Stellmach. WWII veteran of the USMC. Chemtan Co. Director of Lab Operations, General Sales Manager, and President. His work "Chrome Tanning in the U.S." published in the library of the Smithsonian Institute. Beloved father to Joseph J. Stellmach, Jr. of Hampton, James Stellmach and his wife Candice of Hampton, John Stellmach and his wife Gail of Waterbury, CT, Jerry Stellmach of Portsmouth, NH, Jeffrey Stellmach and his wife Denyce of Charleston, SC, Regina (Jean) O'Brien and her husband Kevin of North Falmouth, MA and Julie Deforge of Norwood, MA, devoted grandfather to 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his loving wife of 59 years, Regina (McDonald) Stellmach, his siblings Betty Corbett, Nancy Cathcart and Stanley Stellmach and his son-in-law Stephen Deforge. Mass of Christian burial 10 AM Saturday, September 14, 2013 at St Theresa Church, 815 Central Rd., Rye, NH. Memorial donations can be made to the homeless center at St. Francis House, 39 Boylston St., Boston, MA 02116.
