Of the many people I had the pleasure of dealing with in my law practice while in Medford, Herbert was assuredly the most delightful and thoughtful. Every question he had and decision he made was done with his family in mind - and he always expressed how much he cared for his bride and all of his children.

It was sincerely a pleasure to have met and gotten to know him and I am certain he will be remembered fondly by all he came into contact with - it is with great fondness that I remember him.

My condolences to the family, especially to Martha and Ann whom I had the good fortune to have met once or twice over the years.
