Mrs. Glennon was my elementary school teacher in Ft. Belvoir in the mid 80's. My favorite teacher EVER!!! She was witty and fun. I've always wanted to see how she was doing. Too bad when I actually did it was too late. My condolences to the family. May she rest in peace.

My heart goes out to all of you on the loss of Ann Glennon. I have fond memories of her from when she was my teacher, and from when we reconnected as fellow educators. I know my teaching style incorporates some strategies she modeled, particularly her use of humor to connect with students and make learning fun. Her legacy will live on for many generations. Keeping you all in my prayers.

Mrs. Glennon was a force of nature. She was also a wonderful neighbor, teacher and friend of the Bill and Eleanor Rowan family for more than 45 years. We will miss her deeply and extend our deepest condolences to the Glennon and Goff-Glennon families.

Deepest condolences to John, John, Ed, and Bob. Mrs. Glennon is ingrained in my fondest memories of growing up in Lincolnia Hills, attending Queen of Apostles, and playing sports in Alexandria. Her energy, joy, wit, and enthusiasm toward her students, her friends, and her family/sons made her one of those unique individuals who leave a permanent legacy of influence and fondness in those she touched. Our prayers are with you all in this difficult time. We pray your hurt will be overwhelmed with joyful and loving memories.
