I have just learned about Elliotts passing , Elliott was a terrific person and I will always have Very fond memories of him .. he got me my very first job interview which did not go so well But he also got me my second job interview and I got that job , he gave me some pointers in his own way on how to interview And I must say from then on I never got turned down for any type of job/client

I am so sorry to hear that Elliott passed away -- he was a wonderful lawyer with great integrity. I did not speak frequently to him but he was always helpful and kind to provide solutions tor a relative stranger. It was an honor to have known him. My thoughts and prayers for his family.

No longer living in the area, I just learned of Elliott's passing. Although we drifted apart the last few years, I have so many great memories of golfing together at Wollaston, Tedesco and Hilton Head. The quality of the golf game, was secondary to the fun and laughter we shared.

I just learned of Elliott's passing and was so sad as he was not only my lawyer but a good friend. Always upbeat, smart, and full of life. He will certainly be missed by his friends and family. Joanne, Andrew and David,
I just learned of Elliot's passing.
Had I known I would have attended the service and celebration.
I feel badly that we had not stayed connect over the past years, but I remember fondly the years we were very close.
He was always fun and his smile was contagious.

I am so very sorry to hear of Elliott's passing. Topkins & Bevans (Braintree) was my 1st job straight out of college. I stayed there for 11 years until I had my first baby in 2007. In some ways it still feels like yesterday to me. Going to the office on Grossman Drive. My thoughts & prayers to Joanne, the kids...& all of the "Topkins & Bevans extended family". When I think back on Elliott, I always picture him with a smile on his face. He deeply loved his life and family. He was a wonderful, supportive mentor and I thoroughly enjoyed working for him. He will be greatly missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with you Joanne and family.

It was pleasure meeting Elliott 23 + years, and working closly with him for many years and becoming close friends with his family. His laughter and humor will be missed by us. Our deeptest condolences to his wife, children and grandchildren.

Elliott was our Real Estate Attorney since 2001, and shortly after meeting him, we became good friends. We used to bring our kids to the closings and invariably ended up chatting and laughing way after the signing sessions. A great source of advice in many fronts of life. Elliott managed to learn quite a lot of Spanish over the last couple of years, and became so good, we stopped emailing each other in English.
Huge loss, massive void for many of us. Sincere condolences to Jo and the family.
I will never forget you, Elliott, and will toast on your behalf every time I'm in Cartagena, the city I wanted you to visit with us.

Will never forget him. Great boss at TGK back in the day at the Pru. Never will forget when he thought he could break the window with a chair when we had a fire on the 24th floor. By the next fire alert, no one could find him. He was the first one out. We couldn't stop laughing that day. He was such a comedian in his own way. My sincere condolences to Joanne and the family. He will truly be missed.

It was a pleasure to know and work for Elliott. I'll never forget his kind heart and generosity. I was so honored when he came to my wedding, so full of love and happiness.
