Dear Family of Nan Haar:Nan was a very special 0verseer of the Cambridge Community Foundation of which I was Executive Director during the years she served. Quiet, searching, curious, and always with an eye toward that which helped the most vulnerable , she faithfully brought to my attention all she thought would enhance the usefulness of CCF. She was a friend, adviser, optimist,, and constantly giving spirit to this city, Foundation, and all of us fortunate to be in her presence. She will be greatly missed. With sympathy ,admiration, and much gratitude.Bob Hurlbutretired head of the Cambridge Community Foundation5 Sparks St, Cambridge Mass. 02138

Heartbroken to hear of my dear friend's passing. She has been an elegant addition to my professional and personal life for the past 45 years, and she will be sorely missed. My condolences to Susan, Jonathan and Jeremy -- I can only imagine how difficult it is to lose such a vibrant and wonderful part of your lives, regardless of our age, or hers. JCK

Natalie was a wonderful and protective Mother to her children whom she loved and was devoted to. She was a loving Grandmother to her grandchildren and followed their lives with love and support. She embraced life as she grew, evolved and changed throughout her life. She had an adventurous spirit and lived her life fearlessly. She made known the unknown. Congratulations on a life well lived.....To Life! L'CHAIM

So sorry. Had hoped to go to a lunch with her to meet Technion students. We liked going from Brookhaven to ATS events. Enjoyed good conversations with her.
