I've been missing you Gramps, you were truly one of a kind. We speak of you often and all the good memories we shared together as a family. You taught me so much and I am so thankful for that. It won't be the same without you this summer, our walks with the dog on the beach, going out to dinner and our heartfelt talks.
I love you Gramps, your forever in my heart!
XOXO Your Grand Daughter

Gramps, I know you are at peace in heaven now & reunited with Nana & family that you missed through the years. No more suffering for that I am thankful but saddened because I miss you already. It brings tears to my eyes as I told you many times you were my hero & I loved listening to your WWII stories. I always looked up to you & learned so much from your mild manner. Gramps you were truly a gem & I am so thankful to have had such a wonderful Grandfather as you for all these years.
You know you were truly loved by all.
We all cherished you gramps, me, ma, dad & Eric have great big holes in our hearts not being able to see you whistling around the yard, laughing outloud at a funny TV program or just coming up with your witty one liners. The house is not the same, but I know your here in spirit & we all will cherish all the wonderful memories.
I love you gramps ~ you were the best.
RIP Blue eyes...
xoxo
